At the heart of the amazing mountain landscape of the Ammergauer Alpen,

uniquely situated on the sunny south side slope with a splendid view on the

impressive Monastery Ettal, we have just completed our exceptional block house in

June 2019. The individual, traditional cosy construction and furniture will make your stay

unforgettable – an oasis of well-being - a place to retreat, relax and regenerate from

the stress of everyday life. The unique Chalet has a big rustic open space area on the ground floor including

a living area, separate dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with cooking

island. From here you can reach the amazing open gallery on the 1st floor and also

the basement through a unique steel-staircase. The gallery is a perfect place to relax

and enjoy the marvelous view over Ettal or to watch TV.

In the basement you have a bathroom “en Suite" with a free-standing bathtub and a

queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a separate shower with toilet.

Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows.

You can access the generous south-facing balcony from each floor.

A car parking space is located right next to the chalet.
